Through workshops, industry conversations, development programmes and hands-on creative guidance, she works with emerging filmmakers, writers and creative professionals to help them find greater clarity in both their ideas and their direction.
Her approach is grounded in practical experience rather than formula. The focus is on helping people understand what makes their perspective distinctive, strengthen the way they communicate their ideas and develop the confidence to move a project from an early thought into something that can be written, pitched, produced or shared.
Nancy’s work across film, writing, producing and international creative environments gives her mentorship a wider perspective. She brings together storytelling craft, production realities and an understanding of how creative careers develop across different cultures and markets.
Her commitment to developing new voices also extends into education and industry initiatives. She has delivered workshops and lectured at Raffles in Riyadh, and her involvement with Women in Film & TV MENA reflects a continued focus on creating more opportunities, visibility and professional pathways for women working in film and media.
