Cinema
with purpose.
Nancy’s film work moves between intimate short films, documentary, family storytelling and feature production. The common thread is character: stories rooted in place, shaped by empathy and made to travel beyond their point of origin.
Nancy’s filmmaking practice combines story development, directing and a producer’s understanding of how ideas move from page to screen. She is especially drawn to work that can be culturally specific without becoming culturally closed, allowing local detail and human emotion to create international resonance.
Cinema in
the world.
From regional storytelling to international film culture, Nancy’s filmmaking practice is shaped by where stories travel and the conversations they create.

Nowelle’s Mission.
Stories beyond the headlines.
A human story, not a statistic.
Nowelle’s Mission focuses on Syrian refugees and the people behind a story too often reduced to statistics and headlines. The renewed website gives the documentary a clearer place within Nancy’s filmography and a stronger foundation for future search, editorial and social content.
The work behind
the work.
Local truth.
Global reach.
The strongest stories do not become universal by becoming generic. They travel because they are specific, human and confidently rooted in where they come from.
